UK STANDARD DELIVERY – £4.95
Royal Mail Second Class (non tracked), Delivery 3-5 working days
We aim to pick and pack and despatch orders within 1 working day . Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. You will be given the option to send your parcel by First Class post and it should arrive within 1-2 working days. Large orders may be sent by courier, in which case you will receive notification and supplied with any relevant tracking codes.
UK COURIER DELIVERY- £8.95
Delivery can be made to the UK and Channel Islands by courier and we use APC . For orders to be sent on a next day courier delivery orders must be placed before 12 noon Monday- Thursday. Orders placed after 12 noon Monday to Thursday will most probably be despatched the next day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.
DELIVERY TO MAINLAND EUROPE £15
We use Royal Mail International Signed For service for international deliveries. A signature is required on delivery. For deliveries within the EU you should allow 3-4 working days. For the rest of Europe please allow 6-7 working days.
DELIVERY TO REST OF THE WORLD £20

THE COUNTRY I AM ORDERING FROM IS NOT LISTED, WHAT SHOULD I DO
We may be unable to deliver to your country or may have to offer different delivery charges than those currently listed. Please e mail us at email@example.com with details of your order and delivery address and we will get back to you within one working day explaining whether or not we are able to proceed with your order or give you a revised delivery quotation.
IMPORT TAXES, LOCALISED DUTIES AND VAT PAYMENTS
For shipments outside of the EU, we have to state the retail value of all goods (excluding shipping charges) contained in the shipment. Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, as well as shipping and handling fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country: the customer is considered the ‘importer of record and as such must comply with all the laws and regulations , including import duties and tax, levied by the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary from country to country : please contact your local customs office for further information. We charge all our customers the same price regardless of their location.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope that you are delighted with your order from Scott Inness. However if you are not completely satisfied with your order or items are defective you may return any item in its unused original condition to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please see the address to which returned goods should be sent, below.
You must inform us that you intend to return the item with 7 days of delivery by e mailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
You must also enclose a note quoting your customer order number, your name address and email address and the reason for your return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. In the case of unwanted items, you will only receive the value of the items purchased, not the delivery costs.
Please note that any opened or used items will not be accepted for refund.
Subject to the above conditions, we will process your request for a replacement item or refund at the earliest opportunity after we receive your goods. We will notify you via email as soon as your request has been processed.
Unless the goods are defective, you will need to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. In the case of defective goods, you will receive a full refund including postage and packaging costs. Please note that proof of
postage may be required should an item be lost in transit. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges until such proof is provided.
Refunds will be applied to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase unless otherwise notified. Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of the accepted request.
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, the difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
